Our Company was established in 1929 by Mr. Angelo Dallari. It was his son Roberto who started, by the end of World War II, the process of extraction of enocyanine from the skins of Lambrusco and Ancellotta grapes, very rich in red pigments. In 1979, from individual enterprise, the Company adopted the actual legal nature of ltd. Company, keeping always the familiar direction that, since the beginning, has been characterizing our business, nowadays at the fourth generation. Our factory, placed in the heart of Bagnolo in Piano, few kilometers from Reggio Emilia, is always ready to join the quality of our enocyanine to the needs of every customer, by customizing the product according to every single request.
